Dr Ngaire Anderson

BSc, BHB, MBChB, PhD, FRANZCOG

Ngaire is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and Senior Lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Auckland. She is committed to best care for women based on quality, evidence-based care and shared decision making. This enables women to take control of their own health and wellbeing.

Ngaire is active in women's health research, with publications in peer-reviewed international journals and presentations at international conferences. She is passionate about teaching, including medical students and postgraduate doctors, as well as nurses and midwives who are undertaking further training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Ngaire divides her time between Waitematā DHB, the University of Auckland, and OneSixOne.

Vulval disorders including vulvoscopy
